Disclosure

Sunday was, for whatever reason, a particularly off day for me.  I wrote down my feelings that evening, but didn’t really want to post them to the blog.  Then today I thought; “If I’m going to do this, then I need to be honest”.  And honestly, not every day is a walk in the park.   We all have ups and downs, and I hope some of you have a flicker of hope knowing you are not alone in that.  Luckily for me the low days are not so often and the good days are getting better.
